02 / HOW A PROGRAMME WORKS
01

Intake Assessment

Current food patterns are recorded across a 7-day observation window. No changes are made at this stage.

02

Programme Design

A structured plan is drafted based on the intake record. Balanced meals, portion control targets, and a meal planning schedule are set.

03

Active Sessions

Sessions run fortnightly or weekly. Each covers a specific area of the programme: mindful eating practices, seasonal cooking, or gut-friendly recipe construction.

04

Review & Archive

A closing review documents outcomes and updates the building food habits record. All session notes are archived by date.

NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE NOTE

Taldon programmes constitute structured nutritionist guidance on diet and nutrition, healthy eating habits, and everyday nutrition. They are not a substitute for professional wellness consultation on specific health conditions. We recommend speaking with a qualified wellness or nutrition professional before introducing any significant change to your daily routine, particularly if you have specific dietary requirements.
